My background
From gymnastics to the method that really works.
Years of gymnastics that shaped my discipline and my relationship with my body. I learned rigor, repetition, and effort, but I had always been passionate about sports long before that.
Stopped going to the gym, discovered weightlifting, and the difficulties related to my fast metabolism. I train without visible results despite my efforts. The frustration is setting in.
I finally understand how to make my body work. Nutrition, progress, structure, the results are coming. I'm documenting everything and starting to share.
I'm sharing my method so you don't have to search as long as I did. Booty Sculpt is everything I would have wanted from the start.
